Senior Accounts Assistant

Work Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  1. Candidate must possess minimum qualification Diploma in Accounts/Finance and above.
  2. Minimum one (1) year working experience in related field.
  3. Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
  5. Effective communication skills with colleagues, time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing, daily/monthly financial reporting and overall financial tasks.
  2. Conduct general accounting duties, data entry, document processing, record-keeping, etc., in a timely manner.
  3. Prepare cash flow reports, oversee collections and process outgoing payments.
  4. To do bank reconciliation/sales bank-in reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and other necessary reconciliations.
  5. Assist to review purchase orders.
  6. To assist in e-invoicing implementation and execution (e.g. tasks before implementation and preparation of self-billed invoices from principals/other documents).
  7. Assist in internal audit (as and when necessary) including visiting outlets.
  8. To be involved in stock count exercises (either monthly, yearly or ad-hoc).
  9. Assist in finalization of accounts before year-end audit.
  10. Assist in preparing trading, profit and loss forecast/budget/simulation as and when necessary (monthly, quarterly and annually).
  11. Assist in reviewing all debtors and creditors and propose actions to be taken.
  12. To assist in preparing profit & loss accounts to find breakeven.
  13. Assist to liaise with 3rd parties (e.g. auditors, tax agents).

Account Executive

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  1. Must possess at least Professional Certificates/Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent
  2. At least 3 years working experience in full set accounting
  3. Audit experience is preferred
  4. Able to work independently and with a team.
  5. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  6. Fast learner, responsible, willing to learn and possess good working attitude

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Manage and supervise 2 accounting staff members, providing guidance, reviewing their work and ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to company’s SOPs.
  2. Manage day-to-day accounting functions, maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  3. Reconcile bank statements, debtors and creditors aging reports.
  4. Ensure the process for accounts payable and receivable transactions are accurate and timely.
  5. Check and compile all management accounts before submission to Senior Assistant Manager.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payments and billings.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  8. Assist in maintaining investment portfolio, updating records and preparation of investment reports for the Company.
  9. Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  10. Prepare budget and forecast accounts for Management.

Sales Executive

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Science or any areas of studies relevant in the sales operation.
  2. Minimum one year working experience currently in the sales division of any FMCG company.
  3. Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. Can speak and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategist to achieve monthly sales target and prepare monthly sales report.
  2. Building strong relationships with current customers to ensure continuity f business and explore upselling opportunities.
  3. Identify and opening up new customers to increase our customer base.
  4. Visit our customers regularly as part of good customer service.
  5. Monitoring sales performance and trends by keeping track of sales date, analysing results and identifying areas of improvement.

Sales Coordinator

  1. Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years relevant working experience.
  3. Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
  5. Organized and able to work independently with good initiative to achieve results.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department.
  2. Processing of incoming sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and liaising with forwarders for customs requirements.
  3. Coordinate and monitor with production and warehouse for customer deliveries.
  4. Ensure that submission of documents to relevant authorities and shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
  5. Keep track of the sales performance of customers.
  6. Prepare accurate sales performance reports daily, weekly and monthly for management.

Technician (Mechanical & Electrical – M&E)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Machinery Maintenance: Ensure all production and facility machinery are kept in good running condition through regular maintenance and timely repairs.
  2. Servicing and Repairs: Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems as required.
  3. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections to minimize downtime and improve equipment lifespan.
  4. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and breakdowns.
    • Prepare and submit maintenance and breakdown reports to the Factory Manager.
    • Update ISO-related documents in compliance with company standards and quality systems.

Production Operator

Work Location: Quantum Supplies (M) Sdn. Bhd. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  1. Minimum: SPM / O-Level / equivalent.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or production line (preferred).
  3. Fresh graduates or school leavers with strong interest in manufacturing may also be considered.
  4. Can speak Malay or English.
  5. Good physical condition (standing for long hours, handling raw materials).
  6. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  7. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.
  8. Team player with good communication skills.
  9. Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Production Operations:
    • Operate chocolate processing and packing machines (e.g. mixers, tempering machines, moulding equipment).
    • Prepare raw materials according to production schedules.
    • Monitor temperature, timing, and mixing processes for quality control.
    • Load and unload materials from production lines.

  2. Quality & Hygiene:
    • Conduct visual checks to ensure product quality.
    • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area according to hygiene standards.
    • Report any product or machinery defects to supervisor immediately.

  3. Record Keeping:
    • Complete production records and log sheets accurately.
    • Track material usage and report discrepancies.

  4. Safety Compliance:
    • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
    • Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams.

Food Technologist

Work Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  1. A Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance or related field is typically required.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
  3. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  4. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.
  5. Proficiency in quality management system.
  6. Have broad knowledge on Halal Management.
  7. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management and regulatory bodies.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Check, recorded and verify all products record on daily basis.
  2. Assist in preparing samples and collect all the samples to courier to any authorities on daily basis.
  3. Perform weekly swab test for products.
  4. Check on product out-going finished goods before delivery.
  5. Involved in sensory checking of chocolates quality.
  6. Act as Document Controller for the ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015.
  7. Ensure all original copy of the Food Safety Management System is being classified as Master Copy and the manual is being kept only by the Document Controller and FSTL.
  8. Stamp all new revision documents either as Control Copy or Uncontrolled Copy before being distributed to the related department.
  9. To distribute and communicate of the latest update or any revise or new document under 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015. to all related department.
  10. Be present and involved during audit / assessment of 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015. or any other third-party food quality and food safety audit. (by SIRIM, MOH, JAKIM & others).
  11. To review the daily inspection form performed by on-line QC staffs.
  12. Assist QC online checking, material receiving, goods loading / unloading and other QC related activities when necessary (in the absence of QC personnel appointed).
  13. To monitor the stock level of GMP and hygiene related items for production and cleaner usage (eg: detergents, gloves, face mask, hair cover, shoe cover, apron and rubbish bag) in the absence of appointed QC Personnel.
  14. To involve in product development including preparation sample, ingredient list and nutrition fact.

Quality Control

  1. Minimum: SPM / STPM / O-Level or equivalent.
  2. Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, or related field
  3. 1–3 years of working experience in quality control or quality assurance (preferably in food or manufacturing industry).
  4. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
  5. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000.
  6. Understanding of basic lab testing procedures and quality inspection methods.
  7. Familiar with using measuring tools, test kits, and basic lab equipment.
  8. Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
  9. Computer literate (e.g., Microsoft Excel, QC systems/software)
  10. Able to read and interpret specifications, SOPs, and reports.
  11. Good communication and reporting skills.
  12. Responsible, independent, and honest.
  13. Able to work in shift or under pressure if needed.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Quality Inspection & Testing:
    • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods based on quality specifications
    • Conduct physical, chemical, or microbiological tests (depending on product type)
    • Monitor product parameters (e.g., temperature, texture, appearance, weight, moisture content)

  2. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Record inspection results accurately in QC checklists, forms, and systems
    • Report non-conformities, deviations, or out-of-spec results to the Quality Supervisor/Manager
    • Assist in preparing quality reports for audits or management review

  3. Compliance Monitoring:
    • Ensure production follows GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs
    • Conduct hygiene and cleanliness inspections in production areas
    • Participate in internal audits or regulatory inspections as needed

  4. Product Release & Rejection:
    • Approve or reject materials and finished goods based on inspection results
    • Label and segregate non-conforming items for further action

  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Provide feedback to production teams on quality issues
    • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
